The process was quite dynamic but lengthy, taking around 4 hours. Prior to this, some videos were created as a preliminary filtering step to the selection process. Overall, the experience was positive but didnt achieve the desired outcome.

Online initial interview - about 6 questions, mostly competency based questions and a few basic interview questions, no second tries allowed, one minute prep for each question, followed by a 3 second countdown.
