Very relaxed, simple typical questions like experience. Also asked uniform size and other availability/ overtime. Went for a walk/ tour of the store and also got told more information about the company and my interviewer and their career path with sainsburys. Overall was a positive and relatively easy experience. The calmness and humour of my interviewer also helped.

Really tests if your good for retail or not, quick and simple aswell. They talk to you like humans and explain everything so clearly, they understand disabilities. Just go in and show your good for the job
