one of the most seamless recruiting process ive ever experienced. ive interviewed at various tech companies but salesforce might be the best one. they were straightforward, my recruiter was communicative and she answered all my questions which helped me prepare for my interviews beforehand. they were so fast too!
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2024

The process involved me reaching out to the hiring manager via LI and she set up a call. I was then given an assignment. The call involved questions like my domain knowledge and my past experiences in handling product.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you handled a launch of a product?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jan 2024
Interview
Initial phone screening and then 4-5 interviews with different leaders in the marketing org. The final round consisted of a panel presentation to everyone in which you pitch a solution to a hypothetical sales/marketing challenge. Everyone was very communicative throughout the process. The panel presentation required lots of prep, but I found the experience rewarding and enjoyable. In total it took about 2-3 weeks.
