I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sam's Club (North Little Rock, AR) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview was quick and professional, but being told you got the job by the hiring manager doesn't mean much since they have no control over who their system chooses to hire. Sam's Club uses a online system that apparently hires candidates for them so if you are interviewed and told you will be hired, there is a possibility that their workday system will hire another applicant and notify you (weeks later) via email that your offer was rescinded.

Question 1
I was asked if I was capable of selling because the require cashiers to sell memberships to customers, and enforce a quota to be met on a daily basis.
Its simple really but I think its a good idea to have a good time and not be afraid to ask questions and ask questions and then just be happy to answer them and answer them and then you can do it yourself and then you have a good day.
Very easy, 3-4 questions regarding personal experiences and traits. Three people panel, Supervisor of your area, HR rep and someone else higher up. Got a call a week after with my offer. Started the onboarding process right away.
