I applied for the sam club in 2010 and soon got an offer for a phone interview which just was easy just asked basic questions. Than few days later I was called in to store for in personal interview in which I was asked many questions related to my work experiences and my background. A week or so later I was offered a job and which I accepted.

I applied online and within 2 weeks I was called in for an interview to be a cashier. I was hired on the spot and sent for a drug test. I waited about 2 weeks and called to follow up and the Manager informed me that a Supervisor position became available and she would like me to interview with The Club Manger. I came in the following day and I actually interviewed with The Club Manager, Department Manager and The Lead Supervisor. It was not a structured interview however I felt the pressure. Again I was offered the position on the spot and being that I had already completed the drug test and background check I assumed I would be called right away to start. WELL IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS SINCE THE FIRST INTERVIEW AND I HAVE YET TO ACTUALLY START!
