I applied online to a position at STAR Labs and was contacted by a recruiter within the next week. We scheduled a 45 minute technical screen. The interview was unprofessional and disorganized, and neither interviewer provided an introduction or any background about the role. At the end, I asked about their experience working on NEON , and was given a short, snarky answer. Finally, I received no follow up regarding the position. This interview reflected poorly on the culture and organization or STAR Labs.
