Interview
I was sent an email to pick a time on their scheduler for an interview. Because the interviewer is in Asia, most of the available times were late at night so I had an 11pm interview time.
After that, I was sent a link to their teaching program and told I need to download it, along with a lot of videos and interview information. All in all, I think there was maybe 3 hours of study material (including videos) that I had to review BEFORE the interview.
The interview was online through the teaching platform, it started with a few questions followed by the interviewer asking me to give a demo lesson while she pretended to be a 6 year old child. It was then followed by feedback.
Honestly, the interviewer played the most obnoxious 6 year old I have ever met - she admitted she had not seen children that bad, but said she was having too much fun. In the feedback, I was told I am extremely friendly and patient, she was impressed by how well I adapted to the child, however, I was also asked why did I not use toys or a whiteboard to distract the child?
To be honest, in my experience most children will look at the screen at least part of the time during an online lesson, even when they are not interested. They do not spend the entire lesson texting (especially as a 6 year old). The interviewer not only texted through the entire demo lesson - she then latched onto the fact I had experience teaching ESL in a High School and completely disregarded that I had also worked with Middle and Grade school students. She kept telling me a 6 year old is different from a High School student. Her English is excellent, but I felt like her listening skills were even lower than the 5 year old I am teaching English to.

Interview
Easy and straightforward. I met with the hiring manager and they asked me to present a "demo" class for her to test my teacher skills. It was a nice experience.

Interview
Hiring and interview process was quick and pleasant, the Communication was great and my interviewer had a great understanding of the English language, which helped. Everything was explained nicely and I had a session with a mentor to help me prepare for my final demo with the company.
