I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Bengaluru) in Apr 2011
Interview
I've attended a on-campus job interview. The team first gave a presentation and question and answer session to students describing about the companies values, product and so on. Then they conducted on written test consists of apptitude exam and technical question.
Students shortlisted from the written test are asked to come for face to face interview on the same day. The 1:1 interview basically covered skill set analysis and fundamental technical question and few question about the projects done. Students selected after the technical round of interview are asked to attend HR interview. They asked basic questions like would you like to relocate and things about salary.
The first round was gamified aptitude and technical questions. In the interview microcontroller specifications like the 8051 and ESP 32 were asked and some basic digital questions and some analog circuit design.
