4 rounds of interview. Recruiter, peers (current PM's ), higher level manager and finally head of HR . Interview process is pretty comprehensive. Key advice- know your basics, be prepared to detail your experience. The interviewer could be from a different country or work culture, hence be sensitive to that aspect as well

Mostly experience based questions, 'what-if ' scenarios. Some behavioral questions are also asked to understand your leadership style and how you react to stressful situations.

I told them that I regularly interacted with clients, shared updates, handled change requests, and ensured alignment between business and technical teams. keep communication clear, understand what client wants, give regular updates, and solve issues quickly.”
