There were 4 rounds. First was with HR and next rounds were with team managers of the division and the director. I was given updates about the interview with in a week.

How will you handle an angry customer, who is complaining about the schedule and wants u to ship it next day 5. Is leadership a position? 6. Do you have any reservations about the new role?

I told them that I regularly interacted with clients, shared updates, handled change requests, and ensured alignment between business and technical teams. keep communication clear, understand what client wants, give regular updates, and solve issues quickly.”
