Interview
The interview mainly focused on the understanding of main macroeconomic principles. Understanding of main trends and topics in energy markets could also be tested during the interview. Recruitment usually consists of 1-2 interviews.
Numerical test and one round of interview with senior management. Fairly okay with easy questions and some hipotethical ones as well. They are cool and can expect to hear back from them in a relatively short amount of time

The interviewers were very friendly, they all made a very good atmosphere that was not stressful. There were questions about the educational background, but most of them were about you as a person and character.
