Interview
1. First, you apply for the role
2. Then you're put on a waiting list. After a waiting period that may be a couple of days you can attempt the test.
3. You have to transcribe a 6-minute audio file adhering to their style guide which is very simple.
4. If you are unable to pass the test the first time, you can reattempt again. In all, you get 10 chances to pass it.
5. As soon as you pass, you can start working right away.

Question 1
I just had to transcribe a 6-minute audio file. Nothing else was asked.
One has to have a verified paypal account. Once accepted you have a six minute transcription test to do, of which you're given a maximum of 10 attempts to retake it.

Interview
You take a transcriptionist test. If you make no or very few mistakes you got the job. Just take your time and listen closely. Pay close attention to spelling and punctuation. .
