One has to have a verified paypal account. Once accepted you have a six minute transcription test to do, of which you're given a maximum of 10 attempts to retake it.

1. First, you apply for the role 2. Then you're put on a waiting list. After a waiting period that may be a couple of days you can attempt the test. 3. You have to transcribe a 6-minute audio file adhering to their style guide which is very simple. 4. If you are unable to pass the test the first time, you can reattempt again. In all, you get 10 chances to pass it. 5. As soon as you pass, you can start working right away.
