Seaspan Corporation interview questions

It was very well organised and the interview process was smooth without any waiting time and yes there were other candidates to which were called but not at the same time.

The process started positively — 2 weeks after the screening call I had a final (and only) interview with two senior leaders, which went well. I followed up a week later and was told the recruiter was on vacation and someone would get back to me. After that, I never heard back until three weeks later, when I received an automated rejection email. I understand not every candidate moves forward, but ghosting after a final interview feels disrespectful of the time and effort candidates put in. A simple update or closure note from the hiring team would have gone a long way in showing professionalism and courtesy.
