I applied online. I interviewed at Security Industry Specialists
Interview
First you apply on their website or where ever there is a job posting. If you are chosen you will be interviewed by an HR representative most likely the one who called you. Finally you'll be interviewed by a Watch Commander.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Security Industry Specialists in Sep 2022
Interview
Applied to role, then did a Recruiter Call followed by Ops Manager Interview in person. They are looking for Yes Men and people who will fit into their mold. Be careful not to say the wrong thing with these guys because they all think the same, talk the same, hire a certain type of person. They also dislike it if you worked for Allied or any other agency that took their business.
The interview was actually pretty good. A fair balance of questions probing my abilities and openness to questions about what to expect from the company. I don't feel like my time was wasted which is about the best that can be said for an interview these days.
Very quick and easy interview, basic background check, made sure I understood job responsibilities. Interviewee was very polite and helpful in determining my fit with the company. Most of the interview was actually centered around which shifts and sites I would be able to work in the upcoming year. They were also quick to note that shifts were first come, first served and I was not guaranteed any work at all.
