I went through 3 interviews, the first was a group interview with the HR specialist, next was an interview with the general manager, lastly with the store director. They mainly asked for my experience, how I work with costumers, very basic interview questions, the majority of the questions they asked were listed here on glassdoor. The second interview was the most thorough, they ask questions about makeup trends, skincare, but also a lot of “what if a costumer ...” kind of questions so it’s a bit more in depth. I didn’t have to do a demo but I did have to compete one AFTER I got hired and had color 101 and 201 trainings.
