This was one of THE most dissapointing interview processes I've been through. It's looooong. I started w/ a typical call w/ the recruiter, and then went through THREE different technical interviews, some live-coding, others, just verbal Q&A.
I was then told by the recruiter that the "technical interviews" had "gone well" and that they wanted me to move on to a "final" interview w/ a Product Owner.
I did that, and then waited almost an entire week, before I was informed via email (couldn't even bother w/ a phone call) that the team wasn't going to move forward due to "the technical bar not being met for our current projects"... Whatever that means.
I've asked for clarification, since if what's meant is that I didn't meet their technical requirements, then why was I moved along to waste my time w/ a "final" Product interview?
There's no reason why an interview process should be this drawn out, pedantic, and then end w/ such a poorly presented rejection.
Do yourself a favor.. pass on this one.
