Three-round interview process:
1. Tech + HR screening -
- Technical screening - introductory stage, what I did, what are my interests...After that, we moved to the basic CS questions: data structures, multithreading, databases, software architecture, OOP...Very relaxed talk with two leads/heads. Very pleasant experience, they were very friendly, and generally, the interview was really pleasant.
- HR screening - great experience. HR was really friendly, she reviewed my CV, asked me a few career questions, my previous experience, questions related to my plans, ideas, what I would like to work on and opposite, what I would not like to work on, my previous experience......Very pleasant and kind, but also very professional. She was very supportive throughout the whole process, very responsive in emails.
2. Mini app - the rest-like app with a few endpoints. Generally, a good example to demonstrate your skills.
3. Technical interview - interview with three heads, great experience, more like a coffee talk with senior colleagues without pressure. I presented my solution, we went through some concepts I applied. They asked me a few questions about "what-if" scenarios, what would I do, how I would implement that - software architecture, system design, databases...They were very relaxed and I enjoyed the interview.
