It starts by Phone interview in which they asked about your eperience(academic/professional), then on the same day, there will be a Group interview and finally, last round will be with supervisor. Overall, its a easy process. Due to COVID, everything will be remote !

Interview process was smooth, you'll have one phone interview and an English language interview and in person interview. Interview is not hard, however requires you to be familiar with customer service jobs and how to handle customers on a call regarding a technical issue.
