It was my first time working in retail, but they were open to giving me some experience. Shortly after the interview with the hiring manager you had to take a test with different scenarios.

Brief and to the point. Manager just went over my application and explained how relaxed the store environment is. She just told me that I got the job and that the interview was a formality.The entire interview and process took about 5 minutes total.
