After a strong conversation with the hiring manager, I was told they wanted to move me forward quickly. The recruiter discussed next steps, potential start date, and compensation, and emphasized that decisions would be made within a matter of days. A follow-up interview was scheduled and then canceled, with assurance it would be quickly rescheduled. That never happened. After proactively following up, I received a response that felt dismissive and did not provide any meaningful update. Since then, there has been no communication at all, despite additional follow-ups. This is not about receiving an offer—it’s about professionalism. Setting clear expectations and then failing to follow through, while leaving candidates without updates, reflects poorly on the hiring process. For a company of this caliber, I expected significantly better communication and candidate experience. Unfortunately, this process fell far short of that standard.
