Interview
I interned with Skanska so my transition from an intern and PE role didn't really have an interview. My internship interview was through a panel. The panel was very welcoming and was really just trying to get the feel of your personality and thought process.
First HR screening over the phone to go over the basics and expected compensations, and second round with the senior team members. I felt this whole process was pretty straightforward and easy to process. The whole hiring process took couple weeks.

Interview
The interview process was very easy and arranged by the HR department without delay. It was very clear who I'd be interviewing with and all interviews we're very real and stress free.
