Skillshare interview questions

Around 6 rounds of interviews, many back to back, but with ample breaks. Phone screen was about 30 min, followed by hiring manager, hiring manager project, followed by departmental peer, culture fit, department executive.

It's a four-stage process: first a screening with a recruiter, then a skills test, followed by a values interview and then, finally, the last one with a member of your department.
