SkyKick interview questions

The interview process was not bad. Just like most other companies solution selling "fits their ideal candidate" Recruiter was decently responsive initially, but then nothing... A simple "No" would have sufficed.

Applied online through Linkedin. Got an invite for an HR interview that was quite normal. After that got a home assignment that was to write a small and simple C# project and submit it within 3 days. The main propose was to see the design and clean code. I think that I wrote a very nice solution with SOLID design and full cover unit testing but after a few days got rejected by email. The explanation was that the design was not exactly as they planned but in my opinion that are always several good solution also they didn't explain why MY solution wasn't good. I felt that it is not fair to let someone work on an project of several hours and then not letting him explain or protect their *working, tested and designed by SOLID* solution. I definitely don't recommend interviewing for them and also they have bad reviews here from employees.
