I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines in Jan 2017
Interview
attended recruitment event in January 2017. Did not make the cut to the F2F following the 1 minute fishbowl talk. Not sure what criteria they used in determining cuts. I know at least 2 people that did make the cut had pretty bad 1 minute talks. One person couldn't really be heard and another stalled in the middle of her speech and didn't recover too well. Both went over the one minute mark but just slightly. Perhaps their resumes were great. They did both look the part so that clearly is important. Another person I met there who did make the cut had tried previously but did not make it past the fishbowl portion. So that is encouraging.

Question 1
Never got asked a question because I didn't make it past the 1 minute fishbowl talk. Difficult to gauge what their criteria is based on who they selected for F2F interviews.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
