It was a group interview. Sign in, give them 1 copy of you're resume, they will measure your height. They asked if youve had the chance to apply online prior to attending (DO IT!). Take a seat and wait until its time to start.
Step 1: listen to recruiter talk about company info, expectations, requirements for hire, etc.
After that, they give you a 15 minute break to decide if the job is right for you. Some people left, maybe 10 out of 35.. Before you break, they tell you that after the break, you will have to stand up in front of the room and answer the question "Why would you be a great FA?" (**NOT "why do you want to be a FA", which is how most people answered. Remember to follow directions.)
Step 2: Recruiter calls your name and you have 60 seconds to explain why you think you would be a great FA. Don't go over the time. Don't clap after people finish (they tell you not to)
After everyone is finished answering, you get a 45 minute break while they decide who makes it to round 2 (F2F).
Step 3: F2F. They will post your name on a piece of paper on the door, if your name is on it then you go into a room and wait. They will give you a form to fill out (basic stuff like name, address)
When you're done you go outside and wait in the lobby for your name to be called for the f2f. A recruiter came and got me from the lobby and I walked back to the room with her. She went over every aspect of my resume and then asked me about 8-9 questions. She thanked me and told me I'd get a response either way in 2 weeks via email. The recruiter was very sweet and relaxed, not a stressful interview by any means, just be yourself, but also be professional.
