I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was the most fun I have had at an interview, the recruiters were personable, and I could tell they were willing to help us to succeed. I got to the F2F interview, and one of the first questions they ask is about tattoos, and I couldn't (and you shouldn't, anyway) lie. I have one on my wrist which got me immediately (though nicely) escorted out of the room. :( I really dug this company, too. So perhaps that part of my wrist tattoo really needs to go. We shall see. I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN, SKYWEST!!! :D
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
