i have not interviewed yet, my interview is next week. the presentation was awesome though. I love how much insight and knowledge they gave. It was interactive and friendly. I didn't like how they limited the questions and answers towards the end. They should add a little more time for things like that.

Unlike major carriers SkyWest doesn't offer to pay for your travel to the interview. You start with a huge group interview that can take the entire day. You have to really shine when it comes to your appearance or you could easily be looked over.

Question 1
Having former flight attendant experience I was asked how to handle a difficult passenger in a certain situation and if I would follow the airlines policy while handling the issue..
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
