Like a casting call. We had a group info session, then 1-min speeches and finally one-on-one interviews with individual flight attendants, tea hing flight attendants. Mine was very nice.

Asked about my experience in Disney entertainment - and how it was similar
i have not interviewed yet, my interview is next week. the presentation was awesome though. I love how much insight and knowledge they gave. It was interactive and friendly. I didn't like how they limited the questions and answers towards the end. They should add a little more time for things like that.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
