2 virtual interview processes. The first was a description of the job. The 2nd part was 7 actual questions that were timed. The question was on the screen and there was time to think about the answer. They give at least 2 tries to answer each question.

Describe one time you worked with a difficult person/customer. What were the circumstances, how did you handle it and what was the outcome?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
