I applied in-person. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2024
Interview
They invite you to a group interview in a few cities around the country, which you schedule to attend ahead of time after the application is successful. You arrive at least 45 minutes early. Then they give an orientation, have you get your height measured, and then you go to the lobby to await your turn for a one on one interview. The process can take anywhere between a couple of hours to several hours depending on your position in the queue to be interviewed. I was in the middle-to-latter in the queue, and it took about 4-5 hours for me to get my interview, and head home. The overall one on one interview has fairly standard interview questions. My questions were about why i want to become a flight attendant, safety, and examples of work experiences/situations. I was offered a CJO the next day via email.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
