Slalom was great interview process for me, I was in touch with the recruiter in April when I wasn't actively looking but was left with a solid understanding of Slalom's growth plans and story in our short call and was left feeling excited. I decided to stay at my employer a little longer which the recruiter totally understood and when I was ready to start the search in September I got back in touch and the response back was very quick. The process lasted around 3 weeks and met with 6 people within the business which was good as it gave me a chance to meet people from consultant level through to the general manager. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very relaxed with every meeting that I had.
