The recruiting team at Slalom is organized and super helpful. They got back to me quickly after each interview, and the entire process(from application to job offer) took about a month and a half. They are flexible and work with your schedule, and offer phone or skype interviews for those that are located further away. Everyone I met with throughout the process was genuine and was excited to be working for this company. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Spoke with recruiter. Didn’t have anything right now; I don’t think anything will come of it. But it was nice of them to reach out knowing I was interested. I’ve interviewed a few times but all three times nothing really happened so hoping I stay in their system.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Aug 2020
Interview
Multiple less-formal conversations with two different recruiters, which moved into three formal interviews. Before my first interview, I was assigned a tech-challenge that I had roughly about a week to complete. The first interview was an hour-long technical interview, where we went over my solution to the take-home challenge. I discussed my thought-process, challenges I ran into, and things I would add if I were to have additional time. The second interview was 30 minutes, and was a behavioral format. The final interview was around 45 minutes, and was with the director of the team, in which they assessed team-fit and discussed the culture of Slalom.
