The overall interview process felt more conversational and genuine while remaining in a formal environment and professional environment. Every person I met was very intentional in their questions and desire to gauge whether or not there was a holistic (cultural/experience/competency) fit with the company.

There was definitely a great balance of behavioral/competency/experience verification questions. One question that was asked was: what would you say is your type of management style?

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
