Standard interview. Met with RSM, provided resume, discussed work history, reciprocal Q&A about company. Enjoyed meeting and speaking with the RSM. Couldn't have gone much better. Interviews are always enjoyable for me so I don't think I have any cautions to offer.

Interview
I had the first face-to-face interview which is pretty easy and the next day was the phone interview. Basically the second interview is the serious one as the manager who calls you will decide if you are going to be selected or not. Even though I had enough experience in this field but I was never contacted after the second interview !
