1/2 technical questions and 1/2 free response on problem resolution and creative thinking. They would ask how you might have handled situation A and when have you experienced a hardship like experience B.

Star method interview questions, then two technical questions. One being what is a shunt capacitor and what is purpose of relay. Last is what is power factor. Remember to answer all questions using star method.
