Interview
I applied online. Within 6 months I received a phone call from them to come in and take a basic exam that consist of your math skills, reading and office assistant related duties. After the test was taken, you would receive notice if you passed or not over the phone. I passed and was called in a month later to interview. I interviewed with 2 managers there. Then I started the next month.

Give me an example of a time you showed exceptional teamwork.
The test was easy. I waited for 4 weeks and I finally got a call from HR to tell me that the position was closed. The had no customer service etiquette.
