If your resume and application are accepted you must then take a written test. If you pass the test you will be asked to go to the firing range and prove you have marksman ship skills with a rifle and pistol. If you pass the range you will be given an interview.

Give a situation where you had to make a decision that was unpopular and what was the result or out come.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Southern California Edison
Interview
Turned in application, six month wait before I received a phone call for interview. Interview was basically what would you do if? questions. Just remember to always tell your supervisor and follow all company policies and procedures. After interview did a treadmill test for heart stress test. After medical you go to the shooting range to qualify. After the range you get hired over the phone.
