Awesome! wasn't like the normal airline interview with the group interview session it was more personable and relaxed environment. They welcome you in and you definitely feel the "Luv" coming from every person in the people dept.

Nov 2015 - June 2016 : Received various emails letting me know I was still being considered
June 15th 2016 : Phone interview / Offered F2F to be scheduled at a later date
June 28th : Scheduled F2F
July 11th-13th : Attended F2F / Received phone call with CJO
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
