I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
One initial phone interview that was straightforward. Talk to us about a company you admire, what your favorite class has been, why Southwest. Then they request an on-site interview a week or two later. They will fly you there (yay for applying to an airline) and ask similar questions. A lot of them are situational. What would you do if, how would you handle, explain a time when you successfully completed a task, etc.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when a team member was not completing their fair share of the work and how you handled that.
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
