I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
They were organized and tried to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. I was really surprised with the dancing and cheerleaders. You wait in a room with all the other interviewees. They call you one by one and two people ask you questions. Trying to understand what kind of person you are. Some of the questions are the same as the video interview. I think they asked me 3 questions at the F2F.
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
