I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
Applied online last year around April 2015. Finally heard back in November/December and was told that I was still in consideration for the position. Got an email to fill out some additional information in February. Had my phone interview last week, just waiting to see if I'll get a face to face interview now.

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
