Applied in April 2014; I received a few email updates over a 7 month period basically telling me to be patient. Finally in February I received an email to schedule my phone interview. My phone interview was amazing. A few days later, I received another email asking to call a Southwest Recruiter to schedule a face to face interview. Once I scheduled my face to face, I flew to Dallas approximately a week later. I was interviewed by 3 recruiters; 2 are current F/As and 1 is a base manager. They were extremely nice and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. I received a call the next morning once I got back home with a CJO! I've completed my drug and background checks; just waiting now for my training date.
