The interview was brief because I was already working in the hospital as a patient care assistant for about 6 months. I am sure outside candidates go through a more complex interview. However, when I applied for the PCA position, my interview was pretty consistent.

Phone screen with recruiter.
It was a great recruiter who was friendly and had the answers I needed. Information was thorough and concise. I am scheduled for an interview with the manager and received all information needed for meeting.

How did you deal with a patient who was not happy and how did you approach the situation?
Simple interview questions . Mostly discussed position in detail. Was a little hectic due to hiring manager having to be interrupted multiple times by staff. Very laid back and felt like more of a conversation.
