First interview negotiated pay and asked if I was willing to relocate, I asked questions about relocation and they seemed very surprised that I requested compensation for relocation. They went over the usual qualifications and didn't really clarify on what the job entailed. In the end I did not get a second interview, and it's most likely because they wanted a local idiot to work for them, not someone across the country.

Unlike any previous, there are many, phone and in person. The staff seems young and lack experience. The algorithm actually chooses you. In the end, if you are not selected you are completely ghosted so don't expect a follow up for several weeks stating they have moved on, only to find the same position posted over and over again suggesting either confusion, poor choices, or simply poor working conditions resulting in a revolving door. Speculation of course as I was not selected.
