2 phone screens followed by an onsite with various managers from different teams. They give you a tour during the onsite (Jessie, the Sr. recruiter was super detailed and very informative!) , take you to lunch and then finish up the interviews. Loved the blend of behavioral and technical - if you are not the kind of person they will not enjoy sharing their office space with they will quickly know ! :) The environment is fast paced and those who will succeed are those who are patient and resilient. I ended up not getting the job but I can only blame it on myself due to lack of preparation - I could not specifically come up with the many situations that I have experienced during my career and based on my replies I would not have moved forward with my application either. Still was a great experience (who gets to say they visited SpaceX ? :) )
