Question 1

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spotify (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Had an initial phone interview, then went into the offices and had 4 interviews. Some of my interviewers were rushed and I didn't feel like they were paying attention. Recruiters usually got back to me fairly quickly, so that was nice.
Other than that it was a fairly painless interview process.
