Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.

Very brief.. They asked me why I wanted to work at Staples, my strengths, my weaknesses. The lady that asked me was very nice. She let me know when they'd call me back to either confirm or decline the job offer for me.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
