Interview
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It began with an initial screening, followed by interviews that focused on both technical skills and behavioral competencies. Each stage was clearly explained, and communication throughout the process was timely and transparent. The interviewers were prepared and respectful, creating a comfortable environment to discuss experience and expectations. “Can you tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment?”
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
