I applied and the assistant manager reached out to schedule an interview about 2 days later. Interview was super simple and I heard back on their decision within 2 weeks.

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
